Agriculture Secretary Proceso J. Alcala (left) guarantees Mr. He Rirong (center) and Mr. Hong Xiaojun of China’s Department for Supervision on Animals and Plants, that the Philippines is ready to improve its current facilities for quality control system as well as procedures and regulations to respond to China’s standard requirements for imported mangoes during a courtesy call on August 2, 2011 at the DA Central Office.
